How to Get Started Using TSI Zendesk Support

If this is your first time visiting since the upgrade, just do the following:

  • Visit the "Ticket & Account Request" page in the navigation bar at the top of this page.
  • Fill out your request just as you would have before the upgrade.
  • When you submit the request, an email will be sent to TSI Support with this information.
  • You'll receive a link from TSI to activate a Zendesk account by creating a password.
  • Once the new account is activated, look at the active tickets to track the progress. See the help manual in the navigation bar above to learn to use Zendesk.
  • From that point onward, just go straight to TSI Zendesk Support for any further support needs.
